Richard Drover | Apis Partners

Richard Drover is a Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director with over 25 years’ experience in private equity and venture capital. He has held senior finance and operational leadership roles across investment firms, with deep expertise in fund structuring, financial reporting, governance and scaling global platforms.

He trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has worked at leading institutions including UBS and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi.

At Apis Partners, he leads finance and tax, focusing on building robust, scalable infrastructure while maintaining strong financial discipline.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, playing golf and keeping fit.
