Alpesh is a finance professional with over 15 years of cross-border experience spanning the UAE, India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Marshall Islands, Liberia, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. He has led group-wide finance function for a Global Maritime enterprise and a Real estate – asset & development management company in DIFC, and spent more than a decade with Deloitte India.

His experience includes preparing complex consolidated financials, designing multi-jurisdictional tax structures with its compliances and transfer pricing frameworks, ensuring DIFC compliances, managing debt financing including sale-and-leaseback and its covenant reporting as well as treasury management of companies, management reporting and audit coordination.

Alpesh is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India), Company Secretary (ICSI, India), and holds a Diploma in IFRS (ACCA, UK) and Bachelor in commerce (Mumbai university).
